Four Members Join House Baltic Caucus.

We are thrilled to welcome four new members to the #HouseBalticCaucus! Warm greetings to Representatives Mike Quigley (D-Illinois), Chris Pappas (D-New Hampshire), Vicente Gonzalez (D-Texas), and Pat Fallon (R-Texas). Thank you for supporting strong U.S.-Baltic ties!

Rep. Quigley, the longest-serving member of the group, is a Co-Chair of the Congressional Ukraine Caucus and has served the 5th congressional district of Illinois since the April 7, 2009, special election. The district includes most of Chicago’s North Side and several of its western suburbs. He serves on the Appropriations Committee and is Ranking Member of the Transportation-HUD Subcommittee.

Rep. Pappas, serving the 1st District of New Hampshire, along the border with Maine, is Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Disability Assistance and Memorial Affairs on the Veteran’s Affairs Committee. He also serves on the Small Business, and Transportation and Infrastructure Committees.

Rep. Gonzalez is a former Member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, where he served on the Europe Subcommittee. He now serves as the second-ranking Democrat on the Subcommittee on National Security, Illicit Finance, and International Financial Institutions on the Financial Services Committee. He represents the 34th District of Texas, which includes the city of Brownsville on the state’s Gulf Coast border with Mexico.

Rep. Fallon, of the 4th District of Texas, from the suburbs of Dallas to the Northeast corner of the state, is a member of the House Armed Services Committee, serving on the Cyber, Information Technologies, and Innovation Subcommittee, along with the Subcommittee on Tactical Air and Land Forces.
